Role Description:

As a Senior Workday Consultant, your main responsibilities will include configuring and customizing the Workday system to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the system. The Senior Technical Consultant can answer the most complex functional issues within a technical design and to configure it in the system. As well as their technical expertise, the senior technical consultant can effectively lead a project team or stream and independently manage an AMS client, offering pro-active advice based on the client context. Strong communication skills, technical expertise in Workday, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Certification in at least one or more of the following modules; HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Expenses

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Workday Consultant

• Experience as a stream lead in a project or Client AMS lead

• Ability to manage stakeholders

• Ability to manage schedule effectively and actively engaged on multiple projects at the same time where necessary

• Must be able to communicate effectively in a client facing position

• Fluent in Swedish and English speaking and writing are a must for this position
